Pilates is held every Monday morning from 10.30 - 11.30 in the Sports Hall.
Mixed level, both challenging and easy options, strengthen, tone and stretch, improve core strength and a stronger back
Beginner Pilates, gentle yet challenging, improve posture, strength and balance. Suitable for all levels - including those returning after injury.
