Meeting Room

Dimensions are 6.7 x 9.9 metres. Can seat 80 theatre style, 48 for a formal meal. Has hearing loop. Underfloor heating and acoustic wall boards make this an ideal room for exercise classes, baby groups, small family celebrations. 
Access to kitchen facilities if required.

​Our Meeting Room is open 7 days a week: 
Monday - Saturday: 0800 until 0000 
​Sunday - 0800 until 2000

Hire charges as of 1st of September 2024

Fulbourn residents ​£24.00 per hour
Non-residents £32.00 per hour
​Commercial £40.10 per hour.

For single events, an additional refundable cleaning/damage deposit of £50 to £100 may be required.
